We offer jump training to improve flexibility, strength, and technique. This program features a routine warm-up, drill, and sequences to be learned in progression to maximize jump technique.

Tryout Cheer

Are you looking for some help in getting prepared for the upcoming cheer season? Interested in knowing what judges expect? Come check out our Cheer Tryout class! Learn the all-around basics in preparation for tryouts or broaden your experience and gain some confidence in cheerleading. Ages seven and up.

Level One – Level Three

Cheer Tumbling
  • Level One – basic training on the following skills: forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, round-off, back bend, backbend kickover, back walkover, and front walkover
  • Level Two – basic to intermediate training for back handsprings, front handsprings, and back handspring series.
  • Level Three – intermediate training for aerial cartwheels, front and back handspring series, and front tucks.

Classes are 60 minutes. Ages five and up.
