Sherrina Clark - Owner/Coach
Born and raised in Ridgecrest, CA, Sherrina started her coaching career at the age of 14. She began coaching the Indian Wells Valley Youth Football program in middle school and continued through high school. After graduating, Sherrina attended Bakersfield College in 1996 and made the cheer team. After a couple of years, Sherrina continued her passion at Northwest All-Stars and shortly switched back to coaching competitive cheer at Heritage Christian middle school, where she stayed for several years. After winning three PPAACC competitions, and joining Cal State Bakersfield University’s cheer team, Sherrina decided to coach school cheer at Garces Memorial High school.
From 2001 to 2009, Sherrina coached up to three squads, added a dance program, and implemented a song program into the school’s cheer program. In 2009, she took a break from cheer to raise a family. Now Sherrina is married with four children but she has jumped back into the cheer scene to help the youth find their passion for the sport.
Over the years, Sherrina has attained many local and national awards and she is now a certified Level One and Two tumbling and stunt coach, a STUNT official judge, AACCA certified, and a licensed ZUMBA instructor. She is also the cheer coordinator for the U.S. Army All-Star Bowl, which is an exhilarating indoor high school football game that occurs each year in May.
